  MagnaTech's OnQueue system will function exactly like an outside agent working for your agency. It will sign in and scan your DDL [daily document log] as per the schedule you set.
 
With the information in this form MagnaTech will request a unique connection ID from Worldspan on your behalf.

Scan Schedule  
  The system will consult this schedule to see how often and between what hours it should sine in to Worldspan and scan the DD List.  If you didn't provide a unique DA on the previous screen, you must schedule the system to wait until after your closing hours to generate documents and/or gather data for reports.
 
Please note that your Level 1 profile in Worldspan must contain '#RL' in the DI line for the system to be able to properly capture invoice and itinerary information from the DDL. To verify this, simply type G* in Worldspan and it will display your Level 1 profile.
Also, for records with no air segments (ie. records for which no original document will be found when requesting a duplicate document receipt), your agents will need to put a '#SP' in the record's drive line.
 
By default, the system will scan the DDL every 30 minutes between 9AM and 5PM in your time zone, Monday through Friday. With these settings the system will incur a minimal number of 'message hits' in Worldspan. Please note that if you change these settings you will change the number of hits to the system. If you need to monitor the number of accesses to the GDS, we recommend you consult the Approximate Hits Table before customizing these options.

  OnQueue (Document Delivery)  
  The OnQueue Document Delivery service will email invoices directly to your clients. You completely control where invoices are emailed by placing an email address in the 5.E field of the Worlspan PNR. You can include more than one address, including your own. If the 5.E field is blank, the email will be sent to the booking agent's email address from the system's Agent Table. If a corresponding email address isn't found in the Agent Table, the email will be sent to the main email address you provided on the first screen of this registration form.

  OnTrack (Unused Ticket Management)  
  OnTrack will detect unused tickets and email warnings if a ticket is about to expire. You will also be able to log in to MagnaTech's online Web Portal, where you will have complete access to the unused ticket data and you can request customized one-time or regularly scheduled OnTrack reports.
By default, OnTrack will verify the status of the open tickets every week. Ticket expiry warnings are sent between 28 and 35 days before the tickets are actually scheduled to expire.
 
Please note that OnTrack will incur one extra hit in Worldspan every time it verifies the status of an open ticket (weekly by default).

  Schedule Monitor  
  By default, Schedule Monitor will verify each booking 3 days prior to departure date. If it sees a change in the booking, it will send 'schedule change' notices to the booking agent and the main email address in the Agent Table section of this form.

  Agent Table & Email Delivery  
  Please provide agent information as requested below, as well as a 'main' email address. OnQueue will consult the agent table and use the booking agent's email address as the reply-to address when emailing invoices and itineraries to clients. OnQueue will also send any flight schedule changes or failed mail warnings to the booking agent. If OnQueue doesn't find the booking agent's email address in the Agent Table, it will use the 'main' email address.
 
If you are a Hosting agent and wish the letterhead to change automatically for each agent, fill in the 'Main OnQueue Email address' field only, email for volume input (please provide your contact information and Agency name when sending the email), and continue with the registration form.

  OnView (Invoice Reporting)  
  The OnView Invoice Reporting service of the system can send you and/or your clients detailed invoice reports in an Excel spreadsheet, on a per request or regularly scheduled basis. Once registered, you will be able to, by logging in to your account on MagnaTech's Web Portal, request customized one-time or regularly scheduled OnView invoice reports.
