The system will consult this schedule to see how often and between what hours it should sine in to Worldspan and scan the DD List. If you didn't provide a unique DA on the previous screen, you must schedule the system to wait until after your closing hours to generate documents and/or gather data for reports. Please note that your Level 1 profile in Worldspan must contain '#RL' in the DI line for the system to be able to properly capture invoice and itinerary information from the DDL. To verify this, simply type G* in Worldspan and it will display your Level 1 profile. Also, for records with no air segments (ie. records for which no original document will be found when requesting a duplicate document receipt), your agents will need to put a '#SP' in the record's drive line. By default, the system will scan the DDL every 30 minutes between 9AM and 5PM in your time zone, Monday through Friday. With these settings the system will incur a minimal number of 'message hits' in Worldspan. Please note that if you change these settings you will change the number of hits to the system. If you need to monitor the number of accesses to the GDS, we recommend you consult the Approximate Hits Table before customizing these options.
